SP Welfare Club
Together with 2 other SP Buddhist members, we assisted SP welfare club in 1995 for 2 of their welfare events. One is Welfare Home Spring cleaning cum singing session with the old folks there. BOy, was that tough, clearing the super long lalangs and filty drains...but all was in a days job. Still no regret and felt happy to talk alien language with the old folks - they were cantonese. Second was bringing the children society's children to a nice trip to the ZOO! Wow, this is even worse, they are like prisoners being let out for once in a thousand years! Yet, their innocence just touch us.

Jianhua and Liangsheng
Got to know Jianhua earlier and I approached him during lecture Theatre. We reminded and exchanged notes and exams tips with each other. Later, while doing projects, knew liangsheng. This continues to a nice friendships among us. It's like through calamities, you find real friends. They are nice guys!

Singapore Polytechnic Final Year Project - SPCARE Through acquaintance with Melvin Ng, found two project mates, Shuhui and Liting. Together, we produced a simple yet multimedia based "12 Months A year" project for MINDS students at Lee Kong Cheng Gardens school. We liased with its principal, a chatty friendly person with a heart of gold. We created several games to teach students on the 12 months in a year. There were animations, graphics, sound, video in the system.
Tiong Bharu Community Centre We had several old folks walkaton and we acted as walkaton road marshals, ushering and encouraging the folks on their monthly exercise. There were also old folks free lunch at the CC itself. Serving them were a joy as they act like......me? So greedy, you know! NKF Charity Drive for Huang Yuling's Seven Days Seven Nights Novel by Long Hua Chan Shi (Temple) This is a very good experience where get to know several nice people whom still in contact. Learnt how to twist balloons into doggies and bear bear. Also, went several places like suntec, tiong bharu, choa chu kang, etc.Had a closing celebration too at Conrad Hotel with Huang Yuling and Chow Chew Meng -he's really cute and drive a nice Wagon. Laetitia Casta Shiji and William Since 1998, we started hanging out often and hence a new friendship blossom! Shiji now is a trendy worldly chap while William is the great organiser and full of ideas! It's so great to know them!
